We offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure you can enroll with confidence. If our courses do not meet your expectations, we provide options for refunds within specified timeframes.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment date. This guarantee allows you to explore course content, watch lessons, and assess whether the course meets your learning objectives.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content. This policy is designed to protect both students and our educational investment while giving you adequate time to evaluate the course quality.
Refunds are available under the following conditions: the refund request is made within 14 days of course enrollment, you have accessed less than 30% of course materials, and you have not downloaded course project files or certificates. Technical issues that prevent course access may qualify for refunds beyond the 14-day window if reported promptly and verified by our support team.
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including courses purchased as part of bundle deals after the 14-day period, promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable at purchase, and gift certificates or promotional codes. Additionally, if we detect fraudulent activity or policy abuse, refund privileges may be revoked.

Once your refund is approved, we will process the payment back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Upon refund approval, your access to the course will be immediately terminated.
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds or account credits. If you have completed more than 30% but less than 50% of a course within the 14-day window, we may offer a 50% refund or equivalent credit toward another course. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
For students enrolled in multi-course programs, refund policies apply differently. If you request a refund within 14 days of program enrollment and before accessing any course content, you will receive a full refund. If you have started one or more courses in the program, we will refund only the courses you have not accessed, minus a program enrollment fee. Individual course refunds within programs are not available after the initial 14-day guarantee period.
If you experience technical difficulties that significantly impact your ability to access course content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 14-day window. Similarly, if course content significantly differs from the description or contains errors that affect learning outcomes, we will either correct the issues or provide a refund.
Certain purchases are final and non-refundable. These include downloadable resources purchased separately from courses, physical materials or equipment shipped to students, third-party software licenses provided as part of course bundles, and recertification fees. Live workshop or webinar sessions are also non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled event date.
For subscription-based access to our course library, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may receive a full refund for the first payment.
If you enrolled in a course but realized another course would better suit your needs, we may allow a one-time course exchange within the 14-day guarantee period. The exchange must be for a course of equal or lesser value. If the new course is more expensive, you must pay the difference. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as refunds.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Any modifications will apply to purchases made after the policy change date. Purchases made before policy changes will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
