Projects you create during our courses belong to you. However, by submitting work for review or showcasing it in our student galleries, you grant Giftsgift a non-exclusive license to display your work for promotional and educational purposes. We will always credit you as the creator when featuring your work.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee within the first 14 days of course enrollment. If you are not satisfied with a course, contact us within this period for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Giftsgift provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of course content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access our platform.
